This is a family owned and operated business.  Each job we are asked to do, we do it as if it was the most important job we have.  Thoughtful design is put into everything we do.  We want you to be happy with your finished product.  We design and email you the proofs.  Once you have approved your proof we put it in the machine and cut or burn it.  We carefully pack each order for shipment or pickup.  If you are that person who goes to a store and looks for an item that is as close too perfect as you can find, that is the kind of people you have contracted to do your project.  We will note any flaws on customer provided mediums and appreciate it if you would inspect your product prior to asking us to use it.
